| Summary | 0005522: Generic MIDI Smoothing / Threshold does not save | ||||
| Description | The Smoothing/Threshold setting resets itself to the default value every session. There aught to be a persistent way to store this and save it either as a global setting, as a per session/template setting, or with the midi map. | ||||

The setting is really intended to be device-specific and stored in a device-specific MIDI map. |
|
|
that being said, the value is now saved+restored. |

I agree ideally it should be a per device setting. Is there any data on variance between devices of the same model on various systems? Probably the quickest way we could find out is to activate an tag for the default midi maps files. I would prioritize session save / template save over default midi_map file if possible. That way if there is variance or user preference it can still be adjusted in program. Thanks for the quick fix :) |
