Summary0005500: crash when dragging on audio region with pencil-tool
DescriptionTo reproduce:

- create audio region
- select pencil tool
- drag with left mouse button on the audio region from left to right

==> ardour crashes with:

ardour-3.1: ../gtk2_ardour/editor_drag.cc:613: virtual void RegionMotionDrag::motion(GdkEvent*, bool): Assertion `!_views.empty ()' failed.
