Summary	0005289: GUI performance very slow for reasonable sized MIDI session with many events
Description	If a MIDI session contains many events, it takes several minutes to load the session on a 4 core 3Ghz machine.
Steps To Reproduce	load the attached session

paul 2013-04-16 13:17 administrator ~0014862	in ardour3 in git (later today) load time on my machine has dropped from about 1:30sec to about 4 seconds. still working on some other speedups.
