Summary	0005258: Track header faders shouldn't respond to scroll wheel.
Description	It's way too easy to accidentally adjust a track's fader when scrolling up & down in the editor window using the scroll wheel, behaviour which was introduced in A3 in r13756. For this reason, I'd request reverting r13756, unless there's a good reason to change this from A2 's behaviour that I haven't thought of.
