Summary	0000512: Crossfade options in context menu are not visible
Description	If you load a session which has overlapping regions, there is no crossfade submenu in the context menu. After you move the region and drop it in the same place, then the submenu appears. Ardour/GTK 0.514.1 running with libardour 0.814.1
