| Summary | 0000506: Send locks up system | ||||
| Description | I get hard lock ups when activating sends. Here's the description of the session: Master bus Two mono tracks (stereo output) One stereo bus I created a post-fade send with two outputs in the first track. The outputs are connected to the bus. When I activate the bus, ardour, and the whole machine hangs. I tried saving after the send was created. Not activated. I get ardour crashing every time I open the session. The session file is attached. jackd version 0.98.0 Ardour/GTK 0.513.4 running with libardour 0.813.4 | ||||

This is how to reproduce this: 1) Create new session 2) Create mono track 3) Create stereo bus 4) Create post-fader send to the track 5) Use two outputs for the sender, and connect them to the bus inputs 6) Activate send 7) Lock-up |

I just confirmed my old belief. This is caused my having two outputs in the send instead of one. Haven't tried more than two though, but that's where the problem probably is. |
