Summary	0004959: Ardour crashes when Ctrl+arrow (move track up/down)
Description	ArdourVST compilation. SVN rev: up to 12952. Crash when move track up/down, also with the keyboard shortcut. Screenshot attached. Errors on console: d/libs/../gtk2_ardour/ardour-3.0-vst.exe.so: ../gtk2_ardour/editor_routes.cc:1372: void EditorRoutes::move_selected_tracks(bool): Assertion `*i < (int) neworder.size ()' failed. wine: Assertion failed at address 0xb75672d7 (thread 0009), starting debugger... err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x110060 "heap.c: main process heap section" wait timed out in thread 0025, blocked by 0028, retrying (60 sec)
