Summary	0004778: add a "zoom to range" item in the range marker context menu
Description	it would be helpful to have a "zoom to range" function in the context menu of each range marker. when navigating around a large session, it's hard to hit the desired view first time (say, a particular song in a live recording). but there will usually be a range marker for this song. with a "zoom to range", the user can quickly arrive at the desired view, even if s/he hit only the beginning or end of it. another frequent usecase: you've been working on a song and zoomed in. you listen through the song, viewport is a few bars. at the end of the song, you stop and want to revisit things. you are at the range end marker. it would be nice to jump directly to the "whole song" view at that point. zoom to range should actually zoom to a bit more than the range, say 5% more to each side, to provide a bit of context.
