Summary0004777: the nudge clock setting should be stored with the session
Descriptioncurrently, the nudge clock always comes up with 5 seconds, which is frankly useless for anything.
since the nudge clock is often used to change the "feel" of a track or note, its value is dependent on session context. hence, it makes sense to store it along with the session.

if others disagree about the session dependence, at least it should be stored with global user preferences, not reset each time ardour is started.
