Summary	0004742: Ardour crashes on export if no formats are defined
Description	The execution of export gives a segmentation fault [1] if no export format is defined. The fail call is to format->extension() on libs/ardour/export_filename.cc +200 @r11516 [1] ardour-3.0: /usr/include/boost/smart_ptr/shared_ptr.hpp:414: T* boost::shared_ptr<T>::operator->() const [with T = ARDOUR::ExportFormatSpecification]: Assertion `px != 0' failed.
