Summary0004690: Bugs in arrow key control of stereo panner
DescriptionUsing Ardour3 SVN 11413

As far as I can see there are some bugs using the arrow keys for the panner tool. The documentation here: http://www.ardour.org/a3_features_stereo_panner says this:

Left/Right keys adjust position, Up/Down adjust width
=> Yes except, the DOWN arrow adjusts both position AND width.

Shift-up, 0, Shift-down are supposed to reset the widget to 100%, 0%, and -100% but so far as I can tell using Shift has no effect on the arrow keys. They behave the same no matter if shift is pressed or not. So far as I can tell these shortcuts do not work.

I believe this is identical to 0004818 which was fixed with SVN 11811.

EdwardDiehl, can you still reproduce this?

I'll assume this is fixed; @EdwardDiehl, please leave a comment if you are still having problems.
