| Description | Starting Ardour3-svn (with or without Patchage) from a terminal gets this: Ardour3.0beta2 (built using ['11293'] and GCC version 4.6.2 20111223 (prerelease)) ardour: [INFO]: Loading default ui configuration file /etc/ardour3/ardour3_ui_default.conf Loading ui configuration file /etc/ardour3/ardour3_ui_dark.rc ...and that's it. It just hangs until I hit CTL-C | ||||

When I reported this I had installed through the Arch AUR repo. I've since built the package directly (without AUR PKGBUILD) and am not experiencing the problem noted. It starts! |

I expect this is a problem with the AUR PKGBUID that I used. I've since done a build without using the AUR and am not experiencing the problem. |
