Summary0004640: crash when saving if MIDI files are read only
Descriptionprob not the most surprising thing, but when i sometimes try to protect (from MIDI file killing bugs) Ardour-produced MIDI files by making them read-only (via the filesystem), if i try to save the session without making the files writable again, i get the resulting crash (backtrace attached). it might be nice to have a message/etc. saying that the MIDI files cannot be saved.
Steps To Reproduce1. create new session and record MIDI
2. go to the <session>/interchange/<session>/midifiles directory and make the MIDI files read only
3. ctrl+S to save the session
Additional Informationnote that trying the same thing with read-only audio files does not cause the crash.
