Summary	0004615: Time stretch does not use edit groups
Description	I have two tracks in an edit group. The tracks have equivalent regions. When I do most things, like moving or trimming regions, what is done in one is done in the other. However, when I use the Time Stretch tool, it only affects the region in one of the two tracks. The operation should apply to the equivalent region in the other track in the edit group as well.
