Summary	0004589: Editing MIDI note with ctrl-right click in MIDI editor sets note end time to zeros
Description	1 - create MIDI in any region in any manner you choose 2 - in main editor window, set note edit mode (i.e. activate the "musical note" button) 3 - ctrl-rightclick on any MIDI note 4 - notice that note end field is NOT all zeros 5 - close dialog with or without any field changes 6 - notice that MIDI note is incorrectly redrawn longer and doesn't have outer border 7 - ctrl-rightclick note again and notice that note end is set to zeroes
