Summary	0004557: Automation displaced when attempting to move region beyond beginning of project
Description	When trying to move an audio region with automation beyond the beginning of the project, the audio region wont slide past this point but the automation gets displaced. Steps to reproduce: 1. create new project (automation follows region enabled) 2. insert an audio region aligned with the beginning of the project 3. create an automation lane (e.g. volume) 4. create some automation points within the audio region 5. Drag the region trying to move it pass the beginning of the project 6. automation gets displaced to the left but region remains in place
