| Description | It would be nice (and faster) if we can import multiple audio files at one time in the audio library or the region list, just be selecting more than one file, and click import or by selecting a directory and import all the valid audio files in. | ||||
| Additional Information | In fact, i sometimes use 15 or more tracks record xith a tascam MX2424, and it's quite boring to import a song track by track. Thanks | ||||

now implemented (for *IMPORT* only, not embed) in CVS. please try (or wait for 0.9beta17) and let us have some more feedback. the overall UI experience for the file system/soundfile DB browser is still not great, but we are looking to GTK2 to improve it in many ways that we would be silly to try to fix in GTK1. |

It's OK, i can import my 20 tracks at one time in the region list. But, if i try to import directly the 20 files in 20 tracks : I select the 20 tracks, but Ardour import all the files on 1 track, could it be possible to have an option to import multiple files on multiple tracks (as Cubase SX or Nuendo)? |
