Summary0004519: playlist "NewCopy ..." moves regions
Descriptionwhen using the "New Copy ..." playlist operation to create a new copy of the current playlist, all regions on the original playlist are copied but moved by varying amounts backwards along the timeline, making this very useful tool not so useful ;)
Steps To Reproduce1. open a new session in A3
2. create a mono audio 1 track
3. record some audio starting at bar 2 (or anywhere but bar 1)
4. select "p" button and "New Copy ..." on audio 1 track in Editor window
5. hit enter to accept default name

note that the new playlist has the region from the original playlist, but moved to the beginning of the session.
