Summary0004494: MIDI regions that have been trimmed don't adjust properly to project tempo changes
DescriptionWhen you change the tempo of a project that contains MIDI regions, the MIDI regions are adjusted to match the new tempo. However, if a region has been trimmed from the start, the adjustment doesn't work as expected.

Steps to reproduce:
* create a new project with a MIDI track
* record a MIDI region in time with the click track, leaving a few bars of silence at the beginning
* create a new MIDI track and duplicate your recorded region on to that track
* trim the silence from the start of one of the MIDI regions
* adjust the project's tempo up or down

The region that was untrimmed will still have its notes in time with the click track. The region that was trimmed will not.

I've attached a sample session in which I've performed all of the above steps except for the last one (adjusting the project tempo). Adjust the tempo and you should see the issue.
