Which version of JACK are you using? How many tracks are you trying to export? What is the CPU usage like when it is exporting? |

[willykaze@leone ~]$ jackd -v jackdmp 1.9.8 I'm trying to export 20 tracks, but i got same issue when exporting 1 track. When ardour 3 is launched, I have 0000033:0000015% CPU usage, but starting Stem export make CPU usage falling to ~2%. |

Same issue on ardour 2 when trying to export ranges to multiple audio files (Ogg) JackPosixSemaphore: Err = Connection Timed out. (jackdmp 1.9.7) |

Maybe this is a JACK 2 issue as I just tried this on an i3 running JACK 1 (0.121.2) but with the same kernel version albeit under Deb Testing amd64. Exporting 2 ~4m tracks took about the same length of time it took to export a single track using the regular export option - about 10s. I tried this under A3 10845 |

Using jack1 instead of jack2 solved my issue. |
