Summary	0004472: make delta option for clocks accessible from their context menus
Description	Currently the options for "Primary/Secondary clock delta to edit cursor" are burried in Edit->Preferences->Transport. It would be more intuitive to have these options available from the clocks context menus instead (removing them from preferences).
