Summary	0004389: renaming MIDI session causes crash
Description	Creating a session containing a MIDI track, saving it then trying to rename it causes 10291 to crash with an error like: Rename /home/anne/ren => /home/anne/cv Rename /home/anne/cv/interchange/ren => /home/anne/cv/interchange/cv Rename /home/anne/cv/ren.ardour => /home/anne/cv/cv.ardour Rename /home/anne/cv/ren.history => /home/anne/cv/cv.history glibmm-ERROR **: unhandled exception (type std::exception) in signal handler: what: Unknown SMF error aborting... Aborted
