| Description | As soon as I select either the: DR Kick Nuuuu TAL or DR Perc Tommer TAL Under 10140 I get informed by the log window in big red letters that JACK has been zombified and errors like this: assertion timestamp < _nframes_this_cycle failed! write to JACK midi port failed: not currently in a process cycle. assertion timestamp < _nframes_this_cycle failed! write to JACK midi port failed: not currently in a process cycle. The same thing happens after a while with the 'BS Mixmiddle FN' preset which clips too. I've not tried all the presets just yet and although I have had TAL-Noisemaker load in qtractor I don't seem to be able to use or select any presets so I've been unable to check if this is a problem with Ardour or the plugin. | ||||

I would suspect this is a plugin problem. Are there any other Linux VST hosts you can test on? |

I've just read on LAU that the latest qtractor code is supposed to work better with TAL-NoiseMaker and lets you select presets so I will try these under qtractor soon as I get a chance. |

I've now verified this is a bug in the plugin and not A3 as these presets also causes Renoise (which uses the Steinberg headers instead) to disconnect from JACK - reporting bug upstream to TAL. Resolve please! |
