Summary	0004316: Adding CC automation points works incorrectly in regions that have been trimmed from the left
Description	This seems like a new version of an old problem: CC automation points that are added to a region that's been trimmed from the left are offset by that trimmed amount. Existing points seem to render and work fine, and new points can be edited properly once they're added. Steps to reproduce: * Create a new MIDI region * Add a CC automation lane to the region * Trim the start of the region * Add automation points to the CC automation lane
