Summary0004299: Midi track scroomer handles behavior is not clean
DescriptionThere are rough edges on it, that make the scroomer feel dodgy:

- The opposed handle trembles up and down when dragging.

- Any horizontal drift to the right starts moving the opposed handle. For me it's very common to drift to the sides while dragging, say scrollbars and the like. Also, that makes it somehow difficult to move only the handle being actually dragged.
In irc, las proposed using a modifier key, and thorwil proposed to let a little threshold.

- When dragging the handle passed the end of the scrommer, the handle stops as espected, but when comming back, it starts moving immediately instead of waiting for the mouse pointer to be at the same vertical position as when it left the scroomer. This makes the pointer to get unaligned with the dragged handle and gives an unnatural feeling.

See bug 0004300. It may signify the need to constrain the range that can be selected in the scroomer.

Should be fixed in SVN 10063. Please re-open this bug if you are still having problems.
