Summary	0004186: User entered latencies not stored in session file
Description	The user entered latencies for plugins and for tracks/busses are not stored in the session file, and are consequently not restored after closing and reopening a session.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Create a session with a couple of tracks, busses and plugins. 2. Enter custom latencies for the tracks, busses and plugins. 3. Save session, and close. 4. Re-open session. Latencies are reset to 0 samples.
