Description	dragging values in clocks affects the less significant values by an amount dependant on the speed at which you drag. If a clock is set to timecode and you drag on minutes then if you drag slowly only the minutes value changes but if you drag faster the seconds value starts to change as well. ONly the values that are being dragged should change.
