Summary0004053: When clocks are set to minutes and seconds, it is not possible to enter individual seconds and millisecond values.
DescriptionWhen clocks are set to minutes and seconds, it is not possible to enter individual seconds and millisecond values.

Change the clock to minutes and seconds. Then left click on the milliseconds value. Both the seconds and milliseconds numbers become selected, which they shouldn't. When dragging or entering numbers from the keyboard an incorrect end result happens.

This happens on Ardour 2 and Mixbus as well.

Seems you can enter seconds as e.g. 2.34 and get 2s and 34ms. Seems to work ok to me. But I can see why perhaps the seconds and milliseconds should be separated.

ha, that's too obvious, I didn't think of pressing the . key ! I see that that is kind of working then, but isn't consistent with number entry in other clocks. Pressing the . key didn't seem obvious, but separating seconds and milliseconds would make it obvious.

What do you think.
