Summary	0004051: Click-drag (moving) a MIDI note vertically loses mouse+note alignment
Description	a3 rev 9557 When click-dragging a MIDI note vertically, the note that is being moved becomes less aligned with the mouse the further up or down it is moved. This is not an issue when moving a note horizontally.
