Summary	0004022: No punch-in/out recording when missing start/end markers
Description	svn 9454 1. Create new session 2. Add 1 mono audio track 3. Create punch-in/out range 4. Arm track for recording 5. Arm transport for recording and roll The transport does not move and record is immediately disabled. After creating the start/end markers (i.e. create a MIDI region or disable punch-in/out and record audio), any subsequent punch-in/out recording works as expected.
