Summary	0003963: MIDI Note values are set wrongly in step entry
Description	In the MIDI step entry editor you can set the note lenght from a whole note to a 1/64 note. However, when set to a Whole Note, the actual value being recorded when you click on the virtual keyboard is a 1/4 (quarter) note. The whole note value should last the whole bar. To correct this bug, all note values should be multiplied by 4 so for example the whole note will last 1/1 instead of 1/4. Also the default value should be set to a Quarter Note, as this is the most used.
