Summary	0003947: Crash when dragging multiple regions behind 0
Description	When I drag two or more midi or audio regions which are not aligned (one starts later) to the start of the project, A3 crashes. Looks like A3 wants to drag the later region to 0, but then the earlier region is somewhere left of 0. You need to drag the later region and let go of the mouse, then it crashes. Console gives me: ardour-3.0: ../libs/ardour/location.cc:185: int ARDOUR::Location::set_start(ARDOUR::framepos_t, bool, bool): Zusicherung »_start >= 0« nicht erfüllt. Abgebrochen (promise or assurance >>_start >=0<< not given or not fulfilled)
