Summary0003933: normalize to 0 results in clipping
DescriptionI select a region, hit n to normalize, and then click the normalize button. The result is quite often, but not always, clipping (red tips on the waveform display). No errors are reported in the terminal.

Yes.

Imported it into a new session and split the file before and after the first kick sound. Then I press n to normalize the region, and the attack shows the red clipping.

I should note that I originally experienced this on a much longer audio file (111 mb), but I found that the same incorrect (at least to my mind) result came from that operation on this smaller file.
