| Description | The tools works only once for me. Trying 2 times to shrink, it refuses to work. Trying 2 times to stretch, the behavior depends on the amount of stretching: When stretching only a little, it adds silence to the region. When stretching really much the region is filled with silence. Sure, one could argue, that the tool is only for minor changes in audio regions, but this behavior seems a little odd anyway. | ||||

are you trying to stretch/shrink MIDI regions or audio regions? what does "refuse to work" mean? where is silence added? |

The problems with shrink should be fixed in SVN 9900. The silence insertion with stretch remains. |

Sorry for the lack of clarity. -I'm talking about audio regions -"refuse to work" means there appears an error message, e.g: [ERROR]: An error occurred while executing time stretch operation [ERROR]: tempoize: error reading data from 18 - Blue Bayou (Norah Jones featuring M. Ward)-L.2@66 at 260352 (wanted 256, got 0) [ERROR]: An error occurred while executing time stretch operation -Silence is added after the part that I wanted to stretch. |

No trouble here shrinking or stretching an audio region several times. But when I stretch/shrink a region, split it and then try to stretch/shrink a part, I get:[ERROR]: SndFileSource: @ 216000 could not read -109575 within ass_01-2.wav (No Error.) The insertion of silence after multiple stretches should be fixed in SVN 9963. |
