Summary0003786: vertical scrolling sometimes becomes impossibel

if we use the most small height of the session overview and zoom in very deep, it can happen that we are not able to do the vertical scrolling action.
this happens when the space underneath of the (session overview-) area which represents our view is very smal. that case the vertical scrolling tool just does not appear.

i am attaching a screenshot where this happens for others to better understand what i mean.

suggestion:

since we have those 2 scroll-left/right buttons on each side of the session overview, we could make use of them for being able to scroll up/down too.

I've added up/down buttons to the right of the summary. Will think about whether this case can be improved in the summary box itself.
