Summary	0003752: configure does not check for libcurl
Description	Started compiling a new checkout of 3.0 and the compile stopped when it could not find curl/curl.h. That file is part of libcurl, and on RH or Fedora based systems is supplied by libcurl-devel. Should be caught by the waf configure stage but was not.
