Summary0003749: Panners in newly-created tracks behave strangely.
DescriptionIn newly-created mono tracks, the value of the panner isn't constrained to +/-100 L/R: you can drag it indefinitely, right out of its box. However, this appears to have no effect on the signal, which remains panned to the left regardless.

Saving and reloading the same session makes the panners begin to work properly.

Yes, the panners now behave as I'd expect in newly created mono tracks.

I noticed one other oddity still there which might or might not be related: although meters of newly created tracks are in 'post', they only show in mono until I switch them to 'pre' or 'input' and then back to 'post', or save and reload the session.

[EDIT] I don't see the metering oddity any more either: this bug can be closed.
