I can't reproduce this at present. |

Figured this one out. Moving any region anywhere on the timeline makes the start and end markers re-check where the earliest and latest regions on the timeline are and then re-set themselves to those positions. In my use case I have set the start and end markers to be within all of the regions so there is always something earlier and later. |
