Summary	0003583: stopping transport doesn't stop currently playing VSTi notes sounding
Description	Create a MIDI track containing a reasonably long note and route this through a VSTi plugin. Start playing the track and then stop it mid-note and the VSTi will carry on sounding the note indefinitely until you hit panic.
