Summary	0003559: odd MIDI note preview behaviour
Description	Create a MIDI with a region of any length then ensure 'Edit Region Contents' is enabled. Go into 'Draw/Edit MIDI notes' (or push 'r') and create a note- notice when you mouse off the note you get a grid preview of where the next note will be inserted. Now push 'o' to enter object mode, moving the mouse around within the MIDI track you still get the note preview cursor even though you can't insert notes in this mode. Now, mouse over then off the just created note without changing mode and notice note insert preview disappears when moving the cursor within the MIDI track. If you now push 'r' to go back into draw/edit mode you still won't get a note insert preview until you move the cursor out of the MIDI track then back in.
