Summary	0003415: moving (+zooming) a MIDI control point stops mouse over display of value or changes it +/- 1
Description	Create a MIDI track with an automation track. Create a control point within this and then mouse over to view its value. Now move the control point elsewhere, mouse off and back on again and you may not see the numeric value displayed even though the cursor changes to the slider to indicate that it should be shown. If it survives being moved and still shows the value on mouse over then move the point elsewhere again then zoom in or out and try mousing over and chances are you won't see the numeric value now despite the cursor changing to the slider ti indicate you should. By performing a similar action I've also seen the value of the control point change +/- 1 after zooming in or out. Present in 7679 under Deb Squeeze 64
