Do you mean the unticked boxes are there but there are no ticks? Or that there are no boxes at all? |

There never were any boxs - I'm referring to Audio/ MIDI connection manager, MIDI tracer etc. under the Window menu. Under A2 whenever any of these windows are open (the ones that exist under A2) they have a tick to the left of the menu item to signify its open. The ticks to the left are present and correct for applicable items under the Transport and View menus. |

Works for me; can you attach a screenshot of the bad menu? Are you running A3 from the build directory (with ardev) ? |

Seems to be working now but are 'Show Editor', 'Show Mixer', 'Toggle Editor Mixer on Top', 'MIDI Tracer' and 'Log' not meant to have tick boxes beside them too? |

This should be fixed in SVN. All those entries have tick boxes now, except "MIDI Tracer", as that option can be used to open more than 1 tracer window. |
