| Description | If A3 had jack session management I would have no need for qjackctl at all (with one small exception)- however Paul has said he has no plans to implement this in Ardour, at least for 3.0. So if we ignore JACK session management then the only option A3's Audio Setup Wizard is missing that I use under qjackctl is the ability to set the MIDI driver option and there's plenty of room to add that to its 'Options' tab. | ||||

Fixed in SVN +1 A3 usability +1 less program (qjack) required in addition to Ardour + JACK to record for some cli haters :D Thanks Carl! |

MIDI driver option state doesn't get saved between sessions like the ALSA etc driver options for the A3 Audio Setup. I can file this as a separate bug if you want to close this? |
