Summary	0003314: loop region always starts at 0
Description	Create a MIDI region some way in from the beginning of the track, select it then choose 'Loop region' from the region menu and you'll notice the in point for the loop is always set to the beginning of the track rather than the start of the region - 'tis the case under 7412 at least.
