I thought you should know that when reported that I'd seen it under the FOSS ati x driver under two different, recent ATI chipsets (a Mobility HD 2400 and a 4XXX series) but now I've tried it on the 2400 with the Catayst official ATI driver and the same thing happens- when I resize a MIDI controller strip, it doesn't redraw properly and so the region resizes separately from the strip and a horizontal line of pixels appears within the automation track.

This has improved in r7119 but it still has a fixed horizontal row of pixels which remains at a set distance from the bottom of the automation strip, when you resize it, that marks out the original vertical height of the strip.

Can anyone confirm this happens on Nvidia and/or Intel gfx cards too or is it just an ati problem? I still have this prob under the latest svn with the lucid catalyst driver. I said in my last post it had got a bit better but if it really did improve its as bad as it was originally in todays svn.

This may now be fixed in SVN, if I'm seeing what you're seeing. I doubt it's a graphics card driver issue.
