Summary	0000311: resizing regions, chunks, groups and tracks windows
Description	I find it to restrictive to not to be able to resize these windows by clicking and dragging anywhere on frames, but only using these small rectangles.

paul 2004-03-10 14:36 administrator ~0000526	this is a GTK issue, and will go away when we port to GTK+2, which will happen after the release of 1.0.
