| Description | I have paid multiple times for the software at ardour.org, of varying amounts, of the requested donation, and even subscribed at a custom amount of money donated each month...albeit really low because it's what I got right now...and still I cannot access the audio units feature of the ardour program that it says I would be able to access, in it's full functional form, when I pay, which I have!!!!!!! What is going on? This is ridiculous! Please assist! | ||||

Can you explain what you are expecting to happen, and what is actually happening when you try to use AU plugins? |

So, what plugins get listed in Ardour's plugin manager? You may be able to get this solved quicker if you join #ardour-osx on irc.freenode.org and ask there. |

there must be some confusion here. Whether you use a paid-for version on OS X or the free one, you get to use AU plugins. The only difference between the free and paid-for versions are whether you can use plugin presets and whether or not plugin settings are saved when you save a session. This suggests, perhaps, that your problem is that you don't know how to use plugins at all with Ardour. If so, then I suggest you read: http://en.flossmanuals.net/Ardour/UsingPlugIns |
