Summary0002996: assigning invada early reflection mono reverb, then moving the send fader to that bus causes crash, ardour disappears
DescriptionI was able to reproduce this many many times, sometimes it crashed the second I moved the send fader, sometimes it took a few moves but it always crashed. Sometimes also happened with c-plate reverb as well, but definitely with invada early reflection. The session itself may be troubled, so we'll see. I have had another session running for about 13 hours now, on continued repeat, with no xruns or crashing. The new session is the same files but not many effects running and no sends. The troubled session was from a template I made with 3 sends per track (delay, verb and verb- delay was replaced with the ER reverb for testing, and crashing) plus default plugins for every track.
Additional InformationUsing av linux 3.01, ardour 2.8.4, IBM t60 3gb ram, 5400 rpm main hard drive, 7200 rpm 80gb IDE drive in media bay for audio files. Email me if you need more info and I will try to get on the IRC sometime soon if you need anything else. Have one or two other bugs to report.

I think I made some headway with more info, for a while I will run from terminal to give myself more info. I got this yesterday with the linuxdsp mxeq1 and mxdyn1, clicking a few times on the insert slot, not realizing the windows were open outside ardour:
** INFO ** MX-DYN1: GUI disconnect timed out after 30 frames
** INFO ** MX-EQ1: GUI disconnect timed out after 30 frames
Segmentation fault

However, it happened with some other plugins last night too (simple delay, all three types), same beep then disappearing of ardour. I wasn't running from terminal then so I don't have similar info to post on those, but I will from now on.
