Summary0000299: MTC (SMPTE) Errors
DescriptionOutput from ardour seems un-even. When ardour is syncing to ardour via MTC (SMPTE) massive drift occurs within about 5 bars. On my Midi Patch bay panel the MTC output seems to show a regular drop out. I can post an output measured from midi-ox (windows Midi App) if that would help.

I haven't told you my system config:

Mandrake 9.2, kernel 2.4.22.28.1mdk (Thac's) AMD XP 1800+, Gigabyte Nvidia2 mobo, 512 DDR, Matrox G450 dual-head, 2x40 gig UDMA5 HDD, C_Port (ice 1712).

MTC is known not to work. At this point in time, I don't believe it can be made to work. I'll keep you posted.
