Summary	0002963: 3.0 build requires but does not check for a new version of Boost.
Description	Steps to reproduce: 1. Have installed a pre-1.40 boost and boost-devel package (IE what's currently in Fedora 11's repositories) 2. Update to the latest 3.0 SVN revision 3. ./waf configure will say that everything is hunky-dory and ready to compile 4. compile fails very speedily with a missing header from Boost. Downloading and installing the latest Boost solves this; however, ./waf configure should warn that there is a missing / out-of-date dependency.
